Thank you for choosing Merabhai.com. We appreciate your business and aim to deliver the highest quality of services with transparency and fairness. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.

By hiring or working with Merabhai.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions laid out in this policy.

1. General Policy

All services provided by Merabhai.com involve time, effort, planning, and resource allocation. As such, we follow a strict no refund policy once a project has been initiated and a payment (partial or full) has been made.

2. Service-Based Projects

For design, development, branding, consulting, marketing, or any digital/technical services:

  • Payments made are non-refundable, whether partial or full, once the project has started or resources have been allocated.

  • If the project is delayed, canceled, or paused by the client for any reason, no refunds will be made.

  • If any additional work is done beyond what has been paid for, the client will be charged separately.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel a service within 24 hours of making a payment and before work has started, a cancellation request can be considered.

  • In such cases, Merabhai.com will deduct 25% of the total project cost as compensation for planning, consultation, and administrative charges.

  • You must provide proof of payment while requesting cancellation.

  • Requests made after 24 hours or after the work has started will not be eligible for any refund.

4. Hosting & Subscription Services

  • All payments for hosting, server space, or subscriptions are non-refundable.

  • Hosting accounts are billed from the day of activation regardless of usage.

  • Hosting cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email) before the next billing cycle.

  • Failure to pay hosting charges within 15 days of the due date may lead to suspension of the account without prior notice.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Requesting a chargeback for a valid payment is considered fraudulent activity.

  • Merabhai.com will suspend all services and may involve legal action to resolve disputes raised through chargebacks without first contacting our support team.

  • All chargeback and dispute cases will be challenged with adequate documentation and proof of services.

6. Refund Process (If Applicable)

In rare situations where a refund is approved (only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Merabhai.com):

  • The refund amount will be processed after deducting 25% of the total cost for planning and consultation.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.
